All the members in the Alliance acknowledge that each organization brings a specific set of youth services to the table, as well as a unique culture and philosophy when it comes to working with this population. Therefore, the purpose of the Alliance is to collectively strengthen each organization by creating a new model for collaboration--not to ‘merge’ our organizations into one.
