Do we offer Pre-GED or GED classes?
Yes, SPA offers Pre-GED and GED classes through our partners for out of school Sunset Park residents 16-24 years old.

What’s the cost of Pre-GED GED classes?
All of the services provided by Sunset Park Alliance for Youth are 100% free of charge.

When do classes start?
Classes start at various scheduled cycles throughout the year at various locations and times.  However, there are often waiting lists for classes. CALL US TODAY!

How often are classes held?
Classes are held throughout the year at various locations and times.  Please call for more details.

How long are the Pre-GED & GED courses?
The length of Pre-GED and GED courses depends on a variety of factors.   Please call for more details.

Do we offer GED testing?
Yes, GED testing is offered through our partners.

Do we offer job placement?
Yes, SPA offers job placement and training through our Alliance partners.

Do we offer daycare services?
No, SPA does not offer child care services however, we can refer to a partner program.

Do we offer car fare/ transportation fare?
No

Do they need to be accompanied with parent if under 18
No, youth may access services at SPA without a parent present.
